To be eligible for entry into the Pope and Young Club’s Records Program, an animal must meet or exceed the corresponding minimum score requirement for that species category (in addition to other criteria).
Score forms and the Fair Chase Affidavit MUST be printed front and back on the same piece of paper. This is the only way it will be accepted by the records office.
ATTENTION FOREIGN P&Y MEMBERS: Due to increasing conversion costs from foreign currency to American currency, effective immediately, we will only accept payment via credit card for membership dues, entries and/or merchandise purchases from foreign members. MINIMUM POINT SCORE REQUIREMENTS
Under the heading of North American big game are the following species categories with their appropriate minimum entry score requirements (using the Boone & Crockett/Pope & Young scoring system). Geographic boundaries, as described in the publication Pope and Young Club Measurer's Manual, are established for the categories.

Pope and Young Club Announces New World Record Rocky Mountain Goat |
On Saturday, December 5th, the Pope and Young Club convened a Special Panel of Judges in Prescott, AZ for a potential P&Y World Record Mountain Goat. Kaleb Baird's mountain goat scored an amazing 53 4/8 and is now the largest bow-harvested Mountain Goat in North America. This amazing goat was shot in Alaska, on September 11, 2020. |
