STEP 1 of 2: Your Registration Details There are two options for registering and ordering tickets: a full convention package (#1) or by the A La Carte (#2). Then, tickets for the tours and events can be purchased separately (not included in the package options).

Seating for the Saturday night banquet will be pre-assigned (other meals are open seating). Those wishing to be seated together MUST purchase tickets on the same order form. No admission to ticketed events without purchased ticket.

 
1. Full Convention Package

Attend all ticketed convention functions with a package discount. Includes one convention registration and one ticket for each meal/banquet (Thursday St. Louis BBQ, Friday Luncheon, Friday Evening Banquet, Saturday Luncheon and Saturday Awards Banquet). Does not include tours, events or the kid's menu option for Saturday night (see A La Carte below to add kids meals).

For each full package purchased, please list the person's name and home state/province for the purpose of name badge.
Rate: $345.00 per person.

2. Ordering A La Carte Registration
Please list the names and home state/province of those people being registered --- required for name badges. The registration fee is waived for children, 17 and under (please indicate their ages with their names below).

4. GLENN ST. CHARLES MEMORIAL GOLF TOURNAMENT

Price: $120 per person

Continuing the developing tradition of a golf tournament as an exciting and entertaining addition to the Convention activities, this year's tournament will be held at the beautiful Far Oaks Golf Club. The tournament will be a scramble format, with foursomes constructed either on your own or before we start that day. There will be prize giveaways for longest drive, closest to the pin and 1st Place group.

The registration fee is $120 and covers green fees, prizes and a donation to the Pope & Young Club / St. Charles Museum of Bowhunting.

5. SHOOT FOR THE TRUST FUND - SPORTING CLAYS FUN SHOOT

Jay Henges Shooting Range & Outdoor Education Center

Price: $55 per person

Those that did it last convention had such a good time, we're going to do again - - a Sporting Clays Fun Shoot. We'll leave the hotel and head to the Jay Henges Shooting Range. We'll break into teams of five men/women, and with a shotgun start, we'll shoot the course and tally the results per the Lewis System. The registration fee of $55 covers shooting, transportation and donation to the P&Y Trust Fund. Shotgun and shells available.

Bring your own shotgun, or complimentary rentals are available on a limited basis, and join in on a great morning of friendly competition. Safety glasses and hearing protection should be worn.

Bring a team or we'll hook you up with one for a little fun outdoors during the convention!

6. August A. Busch Memorial Conservation Area: 3D Shooting Event

Price: $35 per person

The P&Y Club's Convention 3-D Shoot is all about a day of fun and comaraderie with your bowhunting brethern. You'll sling a few arrows and enjoy the beautiful scenery of the August A. Busch Memorial Consevation Area. This is an all-out fun shoot (no score), as you take aim at various 3-D targets in a bowhunting-like field course. Don't miss out! Cost of this event is only $35, which includes shooting fee and transportation.
